Astrology Reading (Compatibility Chart)

Compatibility analysis, a/k/a Synastry: In India, marriages are arranged on the basis of astrological charts. What do these esoteric blueprints reveal? Hopefully, they focus on the relationship between the Zodiac’s two sets of partnership stars: Venus and Mars for romantic love, and Moon and Sun for marriage and a harmonious home life.

There are two ways to formulate an analysis of any couple’s capacity for compatibility. One method is to take the planets from one partner’s chart and posit them where they would “fall” in their partner’s chart. Then the process is repeated. For instance, if Mars, the planet indicative of aggression and egotistical interests falls in one partner’s 7^th house of marriage, the relationship will be conflict-prone.

The second method takes advantage of computer technology to render two charts into one. This fusion represents the midpoints (middle ground, symbolically) between both partners’ planetary placements. I have used composite charts and found them often uncanny in defining the themes of given partnerships exhibit. They also expose a tie’s strengths and likely karmic weaknesses. Plus, composites can be used to predict events experienced by the couples they signify.
